Terms & conditions

Please read the partnership agreement carefully before accepting.

1. Partnership Agreement

By submitting this application you agree to list your vehicle on the CarConnect Car Hire platform under the standard vehicle partnership terms. You retain full legal ownership of the vehicle at all times.

2. KYC & Verification

You consent to CarConnect verifying your identity, ownership documents, insurance cover and vehicle history. Falsified documents will result in immediate rejection and possible legal action.

3. Vehicle Standards

Your vehicle must be roadworthy, comprehensively insured and serviced according to the manufacturer's schedule for the duration of the partnership.

4. Maintenance & Compliance

Routine servicing, tyres, road tax and roadworthiness certification remain the owner's responsibility. CarConnect will notify you of any compliance expiry dates.

5. Revenue Share & Payouts

Earnings are calculated per completed rental and paid out on the agreed schedule to your nominated bank account or mobile money wallet.

6. Insurance & Liability

Comprehensive insurance must be maintained at all times. The owner is responsible for the insurance excess on any claim arising during a rental period.

7. Removal from Fleet

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. CarConnect may immediately suspend a vehicle that fails inspection or compliance checks.
